IVC Evidensia honours International Women’s Day celebrating women across the Group
In February, we celebrated the amazing women at IVC Evidensia by nominating those female colleagues who are recognised as inspirational in the workplace.
From receptionists advocating for others, to practice managers boosting team confidence, and vets driving new initiatives to improve the working environment, their impact is felt by colleagues, patients, and owners alike.
Hundreds of nominations poured in, with each nominee receiving personalised recognition.
Stories included the vet nurse in Sweden arranging gym sessions to support her colleagues’ health, the vet emigrating from Cyprus to Germany working hard on her language course so she could get her German licence to practise medicine, and the receptionist in the UK who is described by her nominee as an ‘office angel’.
